Take ya time…
For as much as I write and reflect, I have very few coherent thoughts. Fragments of facts, theories and half-truths fill the pages with a delicate dance I call rambling innuendo. Unfortunately, I can’t even see the big picture let alone understand it but you’d be hard-pressed to find a single soul who could. Nonetheless, I continue to put pen to paper in order to find solace in piecing together the minutia.
The last four weeks have been interesting and although from an outsiders perspective it would appear nothing substantial happened, I have two tattered notebooks that would beg to differ. Like a gold-panner I sifted through the pages today in hopes of revealing those little sparkly flakes of truth amidst all the sediment. What I found was a lesson in patience and that was only after I read between the lines.
My answers are there, I just don’t have a clear question and until I do, all attempts at finding those answers would be like trying to fix a light bulb by turning on the oven. There is a missed connection and all attempts will be to no avail. Determination only breeds frustration here. Sometimes we’re better off waiting until the light of day if we want clarity and to keep our sanity.
What that means for me is; although I feel a change brewing, it’s back to the basics and business as usual for now. Haste makes waste and its argued that the best things come with time, right? What that means for you, is I’m back to posting regularly. Maybe I can keep it going this time. Whatever happens, rest assured that patience is key.
